I’m a relationship coach, educator, and author focused on helping people build healthier communication, stronger boundaries, and more secure connections.

My background combines formal education in human behavior and communication with years of hands-on coaching experience. I’ve studied relationship dynamics, conflict resolution, and applied psychology, and I continually deepen my training through professional development in evidence-informed coaching methods.
